Unity warping to Batallia Downs (Level 125 category) will place you right outside the entrance to Upper Jeuno.Optional: Speak to Ufu Koromoa and Rhy Epocan for additional dialogue.During the cutscene, the Star Sibyl will direct you to the Windurstian Embassy in Ru'Lude Gardens of Jeuno, with the Letter to the Ambassador.Climb to Heavens Tower's top floor and click on the Vestal Chamber Door.The gate guard will issue you a Star Crested Summons letter to take to Heavens Tower.Crystals: Although mission 3-2 can be skipped, if you DID complete BOTH 3-1 and 3-2, 1 crystal is sufficient to unlock this mission.Goblin Footprint Lower Delkfutt's Tower, First Floor ( H-10 )
